- Previous experience as a Scrum Master is mandatory
- Understand backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task definition
- Familiarity with common Agile practices and traditional project management principles and practices
- Strong leadership, motivation and facilitation skills
- Strong advocate who can push agenda persuasively with staff, managerial and executive stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing web development projects
- Organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing - Schedule is 9:00-18:00, candidates should be open to overtime when needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication English skills


- Serve as Scrum Master for one Scrum team, which is focused on building and enhancing various web related products and technology offerings
- Facilitate the Scrum process of planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with team and Product Owner
- Embrace, coach and evangelize Scrum values and principles in the team and across the organization
- Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements
- Promote positive team dynamics, encourage collaboration and guide the team toward self-organization
- Teach Scrum teams to be more productive and to produce higher quality products
- Help Scrum teams understand and use self-management and cross-functionality
- Foster communication and productive relationships with Product Owners, team members and other stakeholders
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right way to resolve issues
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Providing all support to the team by motivating not coordinating using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
