What You Need to Bring to the Table:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams of diverse backgrounds
-Ability to organize, plan and adjust to rapidly changing work responsibilities and manage multiple tasks independently to achieve desired business results.
-Computer skills in Microsoft Office include PowerPoint, Excel and Word, plus Outlook.
-Proficiency in English
Here’s what your day will look like:
- Work alongside with a team of recruitment professionals assisting in various stages of the recruitment process;
- Performing clerical and administrative activities specific to recruitment such as: CV screening, phone interviews, administration of language tests, filling in candidate profiles, getting involved in onboarding activities.
At the end of the internship period you will have a clear idea of:
a)End to end recruitment process in a multinational company;
b)Recruitment concepts, tools and applications;
c)Recruitment process and procedures;
d)Employee Referral process;
f)Onboarding and Induction.
This is an unpaid internship, with a duration of 2 months and a part-time schedule.
